This challenge was important lesson for me, for 90 days I gained new levels of discipline.
I reccomend you to also participate in this challenge, you will see many benefits from it. You will feel better and have more energy daily.
First 2 weeks could be difficult, as always beginning are the most hard, but after that first stuggle you will start to creating new good habbits in your life.

Fantastic blog! Do you have any tips for aspiring writers? I’m planning to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost on everything.
Would you suggest starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there
that I’m completely confused .. Any ideas?

From my experience I can say this:
1) my first website I build from scratch, total 0 knowledge how to do it and where. I used for it online creator, it took me around 2 month and it was HUGE work. Learning about the creator itself and how proper webpage should look like. – I don’t recommend this solution
2) My current page is build on WordPress, exaclty the one you also pointed.
This solution is better option in my opinion, because there is plenty free tutorials on YT, how to use this platform, how to build page etc.
Creating web page on WordPress took me much less time than using Creator with 1 page. But I also had the experience and knowledge from 1st solution.
WordPress is also a good solution if you don’t have much money to invest in paid option. On WordPress you can do all by yourself learning from YT tutorials and AI support. I use it all the time, it helps a lot. Especially when you are a beginner and have 0 knowledge with building webpage.
3) Option is to pay a profesionalist to build your page, but here you need to have a spare money to invest in it.
In near future I will be updating my webpage with new service – Hypnotherapty and Hypnosis. I will pay for this update somebody.
As I want to focus my energy on doing other things, for example hypnosis and coaching ( my services).
